In 1991, Solutions International was formed by Greg Pickard and operated as a home based business in Berkley, Michigan.  The Company was formed to provide private investigative services to include but not limited to surveillance, pre-employment screening, security surveys, data research and location searches for businesses, insurance companies and private individuals.  Due to rapid growth and increasing client base, in 1992 the company incorporated and became Solutions International, Inc. At this time, Solutions International, Inc. relocated their operations to an office building also located in the city of Berkley, Michigan.

In 1997, a new opportunity for business was introduced while installing covert closed circuit cameras for specific clients.  Since that time, Solutions International, Inc. has become a full service provider for the installation of overt and covert video monitoring systems.  Solutions International, Inc. provided these services throughout the state of Michigan for school districts, bowling centers, restaurants, state and city governmental agencies, Fortune 500 companies and a variety of other businesses.

Once again, due to rapid growth, in 2001 Solutions International, Inc. relocated to larger offices in Southfield MI.  Also during this time the installation of video monitoring systems went nationwide and we now provide these systems for our clients throughout the United States.

Employee's of Solutions International, Inc., while very valuable to the company itself, are always encouraged to better themselves through studies and supplementary schooling.  Several of our employees have done exactly that.  Our employees  have gone on to become licensed private investigators in Michigan, as well as full time police officers.  One of our office staff was offered and subsequently took a position with the U.S. Secret Service.  Although these employees will be missed, it displays the high standards that are expected and required from Solutions International, Inc., and all it's  employees.
 

MISSION  STATEMENT
 
Solutions International, Inc. is a company based and driven by service and support.  There is no reason to provide a product that is not the best that it can be. Once that product is provided, we must stand behind our services with the highest level of support.  A dissatisfied customer is not an option.  When a problem arises a solution should be the only option.
